KELC will partner with breweries and special events to provide a one day liquor license partnership for street festival creation.  The street festival  format will celebrate brewers and their products in a “tap takeover” event format that includes, beverages,  live music, sponsors, vendors, and volunteer management.  KELC will use their event brand, Tap Takeover, to create a special event (street festival) that will promote and highlight a brewery or a special event that can be enhanced with alcoholic beverages.  The purpose of Tap Takeover is to highlight the beverage service component of an event and bring it out of the store front and “into the streets.”
